Vinification
Destemming and pressing, soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16-18°C).
Ageing
In steel and in the bottle for a few months. Stored in a suitable environment, ages well in the bottle for several years.
Colour
Beautiful vivid straw colour with gold reflections.
Serving temperature
8°-10° C.
Tasting Notes
Strong and fresh in the mouth, good sapidity and excellent persistence and character.
Aroma
Uplifting impressions of citrus and Mediterranean scrub, notes of rosemary and light menthol emerge in the marine finish.
Pairings
Superb with seafood dishes, also try with meat and mushroom dishes.

First half of September.
