Secondo tradizione, pigiadiraspatura, macerazione in fermentazione di 2 giorni a temperatura controllata di 20°.
Ageing
Maturation for 6 months in oak’s barrels that previously contained aged Vernaccia. 3 months in bottles.
Colour
Bright gold, amber nuances.
Serving temperature
10-12°.
Tasting Notes
Warm and decisive sip, freshness and salinity in a finish full of tension.
Aroma
Intense and complex, apricots and bitter oranges ending in a final of tree almond in blossom and honey notes.
Pairings
Excellent with mullet roe and tasty recipes. Interesting to try with raw fish and seafood or with grilled mullet.

Starting at the end of September.
